Registration is now open for the 2018-19 MVC All Stars Auditions!
The closed auditions will be held at Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center on Sunday, Aug. 26 from 5:30 – 8:30 p.m. Anyone not participating as a 2018 Junior Cheerleader must register in advance for auditions. Preliminary auditions for All Stars will be held during Junior Cheer rehearsals for any participating 2018 Junior Cheerleader.
Individuals selected to participate in All Star final auditions will be contacted via email before noon on Saturday, Aug. 25 and will be invited to final auditions on Aug. 26 for evaluations and final team placement.
By auditioning for the MVC All Stars, you will have the opportunity to be selected for an elite performance and competition team! The All Stars consist of dancers (grades K-12) that practice weekly (Thursday nights) at TCO Performance Center throughout the season, which begins in early September 2018 and runs through February 2019.
All Stars will rehearse under the direction of MVC Alumni Coaches. Throughout the season, All Stars will participate in monthly community and charity events, compete locally and nationally and have several unique performance opportunities, including a show at the Mall of America with the 2018 Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders.
All Stars will advance their skill level as dancers through team skills, dance technique, cheer and performance opportunities in a team environment that encourages community service, determination and team pride. Additional fees are associated with the program for costuming, competition fees, travel, etc. The All Stars had a very successful season last year, recording with three championships!
