MVC Holiday Show Recap

Monday night was yet another exciting night for the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders at the Mall of America as the facility played host to our annual MVC Holiday Show. This year's Holiday Show was filled with great enthusiasm from the performers on stage and also the hundreds of friends, family, and fans who came out to watch. The 35 women of the MVC performed numerous routines of choreography that had been taught throughout the entire season. As MVC Kayla explained it, "It's always fun to be able to just perform for fun without being in front of a set of judges (like at final auditions.) It's gives everyone a chance to see what our hard work looks like!"

Other MVC affiliated program also got in the action by hitting the stage to show off routines they have been perfecting all season. As MVC Training Program member Brooklyn said, "Performing as part of the Training Program at the MVC Holiday Show was an incredible experience! I loved being able to show everyone how hard our training program team has been working.  Dancing for such supportive friends, family, and fans in the high-energy atmosphere of the Mall of America only added to our motivation to be the best we can when we return to dance for a coveted MVC roster spot at auditions in April."

And as MVC All-Star Kennedy said it best "It's so fun letting my family and friends watch us and see our team cheer, and our team really gets to bond!"

The most exciting part of the night came towards the end of the show when Head Coach, Tami Krause, announced this year's Pro Bowl Cheerleader, Kaylee! Kaylee is one of the current MVC captains, and a 6th season veteran. She has always been such a positive influence on all of our teammates, and we couldn't be more thrilled that she was selected to attend this year's Pro Bowl in Arizona.  We look forward to hearing all about her experience at Pro Bowl 2015 near the end of January 2015!
