The Minnesota Vikings and Aramark have confirmed Andrew Zimmern of Bizarre Foods will partner on food and beverage items for Vikings games at the University of Minnesota and in the new stadium set to open in 2016.

Zimmern told the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal earlier today about his partnership with Aramark, who won the new stadium concessionaire contract in July 2013. More details will be available when a formal announcement regarding food and beverage plans for the new stadium is made, but this is just another exciting step toward providing the ultimate game day experience for Vikings fans.
