1 — ranking of Buffalo's run defense and rush per play allowance; the Bills are only yielding 67.5 rushing yards per game, but rank 26th in pass defense (269.2); the Vikings rank 13th in rushing offense (119.8 yards per game) but 30th in passing (194.8)

2 — number of times in Vikings franchise history for a rookie QB and RB to start the same game (Teddy Bridgewater and Jerick McKinnon did so Sunday against Detroit); the only other time occurred during the 1961 inaugural season when Fran Tarkenton and Tommy Mason started on Nov. 19, 1961
