Vikings Postgame Report: The Vikings Finalize Their Season In Detroit, Fall 30-20 | DET | Week 18

Welcome to the week 18 edition of the Vikings Postgame Report.  The Vikings finished out their 2023-2024 season at Ford Field on Sunday, falling to Detroit in a 30-20 loss.  The star of the day for the Vikings was Justin Jefferson.  Justin finished the game with 12 receptions for 192 yards and a receiving TD.  The other receiving touchdown went to Rookie Jordan Addison who finished the game with 4 receptions for 57 yards.  Addison finishes the season 2nd all-time for Vikings rookie receivers in both receptions (70) and touchdowns (tied Sammy White - 10 TD's).  Quarterback Nick Mullens went 30-for-44 passing for 396 yards, 2 touchdowns, and 2 interceptions.  Ty Chandler led the Vikings running game with 69 yards on 12 carries.  Defensively, Danielle Hunter recorded the lone sack and Ivan Pace jr. finished out his rookie season with a game leading 9 tackle performance.  Kicker Greg Joseph ended the game perfectly with 2 made field goals and 2 PAT conversions.  Paul Allen and Pete Bercich recap the loss, including: the Vikings final record on the season, the upcoming roster decisions the Vikings have to make this offseason, and the opportunities leading up to the start of the 2024 season.  Plus, Head Coach Kevin O'Connell and Quarterback Nick Mullens both spoke to the media at the postgame press conference.  All of this and more is in the 2023-2024 season finale edition of the Vikings Postgame Report.
