In this privacy notice Minnesota Vikings Football, LLC of 2600 Vikings Circle, Eagan, MN 55121 (Vikings, we, us) explain how we use the personal data which is shared with us by NFL International Ltd (NFL) in the context of

the Minnesota Vikings UK Draft Competition (Promotion). Information about our general privacy practices can be found in the Vikings Privacy Policy at https://www.vikings.com/footer/privacy-policy (the Privacy Policy). Further information about the Promotion is set out in the rules at: https://www.nfl.com/news/minnesota-vikings-uk-draft-competition-rules (Official Rules), which you should also read. The NFL will provide us with the email address, first name and last name of Promotion entrants if an entrant consents to this when they enter the Promotion. We will use this personal data for marketing purposes in order to send emails with news about our events, products and services (Contact Data). Entrants can withdraw their consent to this at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing). The NFL may also provide us with the first name, last name, date of birth, passport number and email address of the winning Promotion entrants in order to assist the NFL in fulfilment of prizes for the Promotion (Winner Data). We process the Contact Data on the basis of consent. We process the Winner Data on the basis that it is necessary under the contract you enter into with the NFL under the Official Rules and on the basis of our legitimate interests in assisting the NFL in running the Promotion in compliance with applicable law. Without the provision of such data it may not be possible to fulfil the prizes. We may share the data with our agents or representatives who assist us with these purposes and with authorised bodies regulating such activities should such bodies request that we do so. We will process the personal data in the United States. We will take necessary steps to ensure that one of the safeguards approved by the UK is in place in relation to transfers of personal data to the United States. We will generally only keep the personal data for as long as required to fulfil the above purposes, but may have to retain it longer if required by law.
