Donation Request Form FAQ

Q: Our event is less than four (4) weeks away, can we rush a donation request?

A: Due to the number of requests we receive, unfortunately we need a four-week advance notice to fulfill requests. We appreciate your understanding and ask you to consider the Vikings in your future fundraising activities.

Q: How long will it take to receive a response after submitting a donation request?

A: Donation requests are typically mailed approximately two weeks prior to the date of the event.

Q: Can I send merchandise to the Vikings to have autographed by players?

A: No, due to the number of requests we receive, unfortunately we are not able to allow merchandise to be mailed and autographed.

Q: Will a player write back if I send fan mail to his attention?

A: Minnesota Vikings players receive hundreds of letters from fans each year, and each player is responsible for opening and replying to letters from their fans. The Vikings cannot guarantee that all letters will receive a response. Furthermore, neither the Vikings nor the players are responsible for returning any sent items.
