Entering his 8th season with the Minnesota Vikings, Mike Leddy was elevated to Director of Premium Experience & Operations during the 2022 season. In his role, Mike is responsible for the implementation and execution of the Vikings SKOL Service standards with initiatives and strategies geared toward premium client services, appreciation, and retention. Focusing on building stronger relationships with premium clientele, Mike and his team strive to provide best-in-class service through personalized communication and one-of-a-kind experiences. Prior to starting with the Vikings in 2015, Mike graduated from Metropolitan State University (Saint Paul) with a degree in Professional Communications.
