Alison Fogarty, Vice President of Marketing (Mystic Lake Casino Hotel)

Alison Fogarty is the vice president of marketing at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel, where she oversees all marketing and advertising for the Midwest's largest casino resort. With 25 years of marketing experience, she has spent two decades working exclusively with casinos and is a creative, innovative leader in the hospitality industry.  

Owned and operated by the Shakopee Mdewakanton Sioux Community (SMSC), Mystic Lake Casino Hotel is the premier gaming facility in the Midwest, the largest casino in Minnesota and one of the largest hotels in the Twin Cities area. In addition to leading the marketing and advertising strategy for Mystic Lake, Fogarty leads similar strategy for Little Six Casino, the property's 10 bars and restaurants, hotel towers, and its meeting and event venue, Mystic Lake Center.  

Fogarty currently serves on the Explore Minnesota Tourism Council. She also represents the SMSC on the Minnesota Alliance on Problem Gambling's Responsible Gaming Committee. 

Prior to joining Mystic Lake in 2015, Fogarty worked for Caesars Entertainment, where she helped successfully open two casino properties in a single year. She has worked for Grand Casino Mille Lacs, Grand Casino Hinckley and Bombardier Recreational Products (Ski-Doo), among other companies. 

Fogarty earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of St. Thomas in 2005 and holds a bachelor's degree from the University of Nevada, Reno. She lives in Lakeville with her husband and children. Fogarty is an active community volunteer, serving in leadership roles with the Lakeville Hockey Association's Board of Directors since 2017.
