How do I access my season ticket invoice or make payment?

Where can I view a stadium pricing map?

View the stadium pricing map HERE. Please note the variable pricing game by game breakdown will be released closer to schedule release in May where you will be able to see how much each ticket is per game for the 2025 season.

How do I enter the contest for renewing my season tickets?

This year, if you pay in full by Friday, March 7, and submit the form below, you will be eligible to win one of our multiple prizes: one of six (6) trips for two (2) to select 2025 Vikings road games; one of five (5) NFL Draft Experiences including a trip for two (2) to the 2025 NFL Draft in Green Bay; additional prizes include autographed footballs and mini helmets by Vikings Legends, current players and coaches! Fill out the form HERE by Tuesday, March 11, for your chance to win!

What is the STM Hub?

The STM Hub launched during the 2023 season and is a feature exclusively for our Season Ticket Members! This Hub is used to view past and upcoming STM experiences and benefits and provide exclusive access to Vikings news, events, and discounts throughout the year. You can view the STM Hub on the Vikings app by logging in to your My Vikings account on the Vikings app and navigating to the More tab in the lower menu then selecting STM Hub. If you don't see the STM Hub in the Vikings app, please contact the Ticket Office for assistance.

Where can I view the schedule?

The complete NFL Schedule with game dates/times is anticipated to be released in May. To see opponents, follow the link HERE.

What is NFL Flexible Scheduling?

Please be aware there are certain games that are subject to the NFL's flexible scheduling procedures and the date and time of those games may be changed from what is currently reflected on the schedule and what may appear on the ticket. For more detailed information about NFL flexible scheduling procedures for the 2025 NFL Season, please visit their site HERE.

I’ve paid my invoice in full. When can I manage my Season Tickets?

Thank you for renewing! All accounts paid in full will be able to manage their tickets when the schedule is released in May.

How do I relocate my seats?

There is not a formal seat relocation process due to the Stadium Builders Licenses (SBLs). If you have questions, please contact the Vikings Ticket Office.

How do I add seats to my account?

Please contact the Vikings Ticket Office and we can provide you more information. You can also check out the Official Stadium Builders License Marketplace of U.S. Bank Stadium. Click HERE to learn more.

How do I sell or transfer my Stadium Builders License?

Check out the Official Stadium Builders License Marketplace of U.S. Bank Stadium. Click HERE to learn more. Please note, you may not sell your SBL(s) without payment on the season tickets after the initial invoice deadline of Friday, March 7.

Where can I locate a SBL pricing map?

Please follow the link HERE to see the pricing for SBLs. We use the same pricing as was initially set for the stadium.

Can I set up my account for auto renewal?

Yes, during the steps for making your payment for your season tickets online you will be prompted to answer a question to have your credit card signed up to automatically be charged during the renewals process for the 2026 season. You can also sign up by contacting the Vikings Ticket Office.

I signed up for auto renewal last year, what now?

We will automatically run your card for the full balance on the first payment deadline. You also will be automatically signed up for Pay as We Play for the 2025 season playoffs. We will email you a notification to sign up again for this process for the 2026 season in the coming weeks.

When is my payment due?

The first payment installment is due Friday, March 7. If you choose to renew in two installments, the second and final installment will be due Friday, April 4. To view your 2025 invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE.

I left money on the account as an account credit during the 2024 season, where did it go?

It has been applied automatically to your 2025 Season Ticket Invoice. To view your 2025 invoice, please log in to your My Vikings Account HERE.

Are Vikings tickets all digital in 2025?

Yes, Vikings tickets and stadium entry are all digital. Barcodes must be viewed on a mobile device to be scanned in or tickets accessed and tapped through your phone's mobile wallet. Please see HERE how to use digital ticketing.

I’m a Vikings Season Ticket Member who owns four club seats which includes a parking pass. When can I expect the pass to be available on my account?

One parking pass will be available on season ticket accounts for every four club seats purchased for the full season. The following clubs get access to parking: Delta Sky360 Club, Medtronic Club, Polaris Club, Sukup Club, Little 6 Casino's Club Gold, Mystic Lake's Club Purple, Lumen Lodge, and Truss Bar. You will be able to see your parking pass on your account in July.

With new tax laws, what do I need to know about reselling my tickets?

The IRS may require Ticketmaster to report the amounts you receive for selling and reselling your tickets. Ticketmaster is generally required to file a Form 1099-K report with the IRS if the gross amount of your transactions on our marketplaces is $600 or more in a calendar year. To receive payment on sales you will need to fill out the form when received. Ticketmaster will generally provide you with a copy of the Form 1099-K by January 31 of the following year. What is a non-licensed season ticket location?

Non-licensed season ticket locations do not require the purchase of a Stadium Builder's License and are located only in the 300 level of U.S. Bank Stadium. These ticket locations are not guaranteed for year-to-year renewal, and if the Vikings are a Super Bowl participant, purchasers are not eligible for inclusion in the participating team ticket random drawing.

How to Access and Pay Your Invoice

Step 1: Log in to My Vikings Account with your email and password.

Step 2: Click on  Pay Invoice button on the main page or the  Invoices  tab in the upper menu. 

Step 3: Review your seat location and the invoice summary, then select the continue  button.

Step 4: Choose your Payment Option. Select Pay in Full  from the dropdown menu. If you wish to pay half now, click  Payment Plan. The second installment will be automatically withdrawn on the second payment deadline. We recommend signing up for Pay as We Play at the same time as you renew for the season.

  • You also can select either plan above with Playoff Sign Up. This is a benefit to you as a Vikings Season Ticket Member and is strongly recommended to reserve your seat location for any playoff game(s) we host at U.S. Bank Stadium. By signing up today you will secure the Wild Card Game (if hosted) at the average price of your ticket based on a 10-game season (your total per seat season ticket price divided by 10). If you select this option, there is no payment for playoff tickets due at this time; your card will be automatically charged once we are assured of a home playoff game. Divisional and NFC Championship game prices will be released at a later date.

Step 5: Review or select your payment method. You can select Edit/Add to make changes or add a new Credit or Debit Card. Enter your CVV to confirm the card.

Step 6: Select the check box to accept the terms & conditions and click the "Pay Now" button which should become highlighted in purple once all above steps are complete.

If you selected the "Payment Plan" or "Payment Plan & Playoff Sign Up" half of the invoice total is charged now and the final half is automatically processed Friday, April 4, on the same credit card.
