Scott Landis has served as a principal of The Landis Group since 1996, successfully operating and managing the company's assets. The Landis Group, which was established in 1967 by Scott's father Alan B. Landis, has developed, owned, or operated in excess of 20 million square feet of Class A real estate primarily in the tri-state area. One of their most noteworthy projects is Carnegie Center in Princeton, New Jersey, a 560-acre mixed use development. Under his leadership, Scott has been responsible for acquiring and favorably repositioning over 8 million square feet of real estate. As a principal, Scott has directed acquisitions, leasing, asset management, property management, construction and development.

Aside from Scott's contributions within the industry, he devotes considerable time and philanthropy to many organizations, including serving as a Board of Trustee member at The Hun School of Princeton, as well as serving on the Board of Directors of The Urban Assembly, reaching over 9,000 of New York City's most underserved children. He was a recipient of the Easter Seals award for Continuous Commitment. In addition, Scott also received The King Award from The Parkinson Alliance. 

Scott and his wife, Amy, reside in New York City with their four children; Matthew, Chloe, Charlotte and Annabelle.
