Klint Kubiak

Offensive Coordinator

Klint Kubiak takes over as Vikings Offensive Coordinator in 2021 after spending 2019-20 as QBs coach of the club. This is Kubiak's 8th season coaching in the NFL and his second stint on the Vikings coaching staff after previously working 2 seasons as Minnesota's quality control/assistant WRs coach from 2013-14. Kubiak spent the 2016-18 seasons as the offensive assistant/QBs coach for the Denver Broncos. Kubiak began his coaching career in 2010 at Texas A&M as an offensive quality control coach.

The 2020 Vikings had one of the most productive offensive seasons in team history, producing a balanced attack that had a 3,000-yard passer, 1,000-yard rusher and 1,000-yard receiver for the 2nd consecutive season and only the 8th time in the 60-season history of the franchise. Kirk Cousins is the only Vikings QB to guide an offense to such production in consecutive seasons. The Vikings offense scored 55 TDs to rank 2nd in Vikings history (58, 1998) and ranked #4 in the NFL in total offense, the highest ranking since 2004.
