Player, Coach & Alumni Appearances

The Vikings are committed to being leaders in the state of Minnesota. The organization's players, coaches and staff consistently volunteer their time at schools, hospitals and various community initiatives throughout the season and offseason. If you are looking for a member of the organization to attend your community event, please fill out and submit the request form below. Due to the high volume of requests that we receive, the Vikings prioritize appearances that impact children or family-related causes (appearances are not guaranteed). If your event is selected, the team will call you 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.

AVAILABILITY

Alumni: Alumni are available year-round based on their personal schedules.

Coaches: Coaches are available during the offseason.

Players: Players are available during the season and at limited times during the offseason.

REQUEST RESTRICTIONS

-Due to the number of appearance requests the Vikings receive, appearances are not available for personal home visits or for individual benefits.

-All appearance requests must be submitted a minimum of four (4) weeks prior to the event date.

APPLICATION PROCESS

-For efficiency purposes, all appearance requests must be submitted through the online application. Faxes, emails, phone calls and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.

-Please do not call on the status of your request. If your event is selected, the team will call you 2-3 weeks prior to the event date.
