Vikings 'Minneapolis Miracle Sideline Cam' Up for Webby Award

The Minneapolis Miracle play won't be forgotten by Vikings fans.

As the incredible play unfolded, the Vikings social media team used a sideline cam to capture Stefon Diggs' 61-yard walk-off touchdown that advanced Minnesota to the NFC title game and the high-energy, emotional aftermath.

The video – which currently has more than 65,000 likes on Twitter – was nominated for a Shorty Award and now is up for a Webby Award. The Minneapolis Miracle is a finalist in the Sports section of the Social – Content & Marketing category.

As a Webby Nominee, the Vikings sideline cam video has been singled out among the top 10 percent of all work entered and is competing for The Webby Award as well as The Webby People's Choice Award, which is voted on by the public.

The Minneapolis Miracle video is up against submissions by four other platforms: the Philadelphia Eagles, Bleacher Report, World Surf League and Showtime Sports.

Voting for People's Choice is open from April 3 through Thursday, April 19 at 11:59 p.m. (PT). Want to cast your vote for The Minneapolis Miracle? Click here.
