5.25 lbs Shrimp 16/20, raw
Olive oil, as needed
7 tsp Garlic, chopped
1 cup Dry White Vermouth
3.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
3.5 tbsp Parsley, fresh chopped
1 tsp Lemon zest
Kosher Salt and Black Pepper, as needed
*Preparation Steps *
Heat flat top. Add olive oil. When olive oil is hot add the shrimp and sauté for about 1 minute. Add garlic and sauté for another minute. Deglaze with Vermouth. Season with salt and pepper. Add lemon juice and zest. Adjust seasoning as needed. Add parsley and remove from pan into a 2" hotel pan. Serve on top of Geji's Easy Herb Pasta Noodles.
