As a seven-year veteran, MVC Kayla C's pageant experience, ballroom dance background and profession in the makeup industry has prepared her well for her first year as a team captain. She has appeared on the cover of the iconic MVC calendar and has traveled the world representing our team in Spokane, WA; Kuwait; Djibouti; London; Cancun and the Bahamas.

Having been crowned Miss Minnesota Teen and Miss Minnesota Junior Teen, Kayla's pageant experience has contributed to the grace, poise and strong public speaking skills required to represent the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders. Off the field, Kayla works for a local cosmetic company, Sigma Beauty, as the on-air talent on QVC – the world's largest home shopping network. Kayla says she has grown tremendously throughout her seven years as a cheerleader.

"Being an MVC is truly a lifestyle, and I have grown so much from being on this team," Kayla said. "I have learned what hard work is, and how much fun it is to do so with a team. I have also grown to appreciate the little details, and how important they can be."

Through years of growth, Kayla has learned a lot and is excited to share this knowledge with her small team this season.

"One thing I am most looking forward to is working with my small team and helping everyone grow their strengths and improve on weaknesses," Kayla said. "I also can't wait to share with the rookies that amazing first game day experience!"
