Dance Background: I have more than 25 years of dance experience, including studio dance, high school dance team, college dance team and all-star dance teams. I was also a cheerleader for the Iowa Barnstormers (Arena Football League) for four years, as well as the Iowa Energy NBA-D League for two years. I now continue my dancing career through the MVC and am an assistant coach of a local high school dance team.

Hobbies: What I enjoy most is spending time with family and friends, whether it is through traveling, watching sports or going to concerts.

My Best Experience: The best experience in my life was my decision last year to leave home and follow my dream of becoming an MVC. In the past two years, I have grown so much as a person. I have experienced many obstacles on this journey that have shown me abilities I never knew I had.

My Fitness Tip: Consistency is key.

Best Part of Being an MVC: As an MVC, I have had opportunities I never dreamed of. Being an MVC has allowed me to serve the community, be on the Super Bowl field, make many new friends and meet a countless fellow Vikings fans.
