Dance Background: I grew up dancing ballet, tap and jazz styles at a local studio. I took a short break from dance to play hockey in high school and college. I love that MVC has given me the chance to dance again.

Hobbies: I love traveling, trying new restaurants and going to concerts.

My Best Experience: My best experience was traveling abroad in college to Thailand. I loved being immersed in a culture completely different than my own, and I got the chance to ride elephants!

My Fitness Tip: Fuel your body. Sleep and nutrition are such an important part of looking and feeling your best.

Best Part of Being an MVC: The best part of being an MVC is the Vikings community engagement. I love that I spend my weekends visiting children’s hospitals, spending time with veterans and volunteering with Vikings fans from all around Minnesota. We really do have the best fans in the NFL!
