Dance Background: My major “dance” background is actually about 10 years of gymnastics. I then did dance team in high school for three years. Everything else I know is from the MVC!

My Best Experience: My best experience was driving from Minnesota to Florida to visit my grandparents with my two best friends. We had just graduated high school … I have no idea what my parents were thinking, but we had so much fun and made so many memories!

My Fitness Tip: Be sure you’re eating enough protein in your day. You can’t build and maintain muscle without protein!

Best Part of Being an MVC: Other than continuing my love for dance and performing at U. S. Bank Stadium, my absolute favorite part of being an MVC is the opportunity to experience various appearances and adventures, as well as the people we are able to meet. I can’t say I would have been to Saskatchewan, Canada, or met so many inspirational people if it weren’t for the opportunities the MVC has given me.
