Q: What are the hours of the Vikings Ticket Office?
A: The Vikings Ticket Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5 PM and can be reached by phone at 612-338-4537 or via e-mail at customerservice@vikings.nfl.net.

Q: Can I make a payment by phone?
A: To make payments by phone please call 612-338-4537

Q: When are my season ticket payments due?
A: The first payment is due March 8th, 2018, with the second installment due by May 1st, 2018.

Q: How do I sell or transfer my Stadium Builder's License?
A: STR Marketplace is your source for SBL changes. Please click on the SBL Marketplace link for more information.

Q: How do I relocate my seats?
A: The process to relocate your seats will include the purchase and resale of SBLs through STR Marketplace. All SBL’s are currently sold and held by you, our season ticket members. Currently there is no opportunity to relocate your seats through the Vikings.  Please renew your current location by March 8th, 2018.
