BIOGRAPHY

• Joins CB Trae Waynes as the only Wisconsin natives on the Vikings roster.

• First quarterback in Wisconsin program history to post a 4-0 record against an opponent, doing so against Purdue, Illinois and Minnesota.

• Finished with a 31-10 record as a starter, making him Wisconsin’s all-time winningest quarterback, and his .756 win percentage ranks No. 3 among UW quarterbacks.

• Took over the starting quarterback position as a redshirt freshman in 2012 after the graduation of current Seahawks QB Russell Wilson.

• Graduated in December 2015 with a degree in civil engineering.

• Graduated high school with only 1 scholarship offer to Western Michigan and a walk-on invitation to Wisconsin.

• Academic All-Big Ten selection in all 4 years at Wisconsin.

• Started 41 games, 3rd most by a quarterback in school history.

• Went 22-6 (.786) as a starter in Big Ten games, setting school records for wins and winning percentage in conference games.

• As a senior, earned 1st-team all-state honors by the WFCA and honorable mention all-state by Associated Press. Was also tabbed as unanimous conference player of the year.
