10 lbs. of Chicken Wings
As needed - Olive Oil, Kosher Salt and Black Pepper

For The Sauce

3 cusp Sriracha Chili Sauce
1 1/2 cups Honey
1/3 cup Lime Juice
1 cup Orange Juice
3 tbsp. Cilantro
1 lb. Margarine / Butter
1 tbsp Coriander spice (option)

Preparation Steps

Combine honey and chili sauce, lime juice, orange juice, and cilantro in large pot. Heat until warm over low heat. Adjust seasonings as needed.

Season chicken wings with salt and pepper.

Mark chicken wings on the grill and finish them in the oven until they reach at least 165 degrees.

Toss wings in the warm honey sriracha sauce. Serve warm.

Chef's tip: It’s okay to use your own favorite seasonings and spices to add to the chicken.
