Throughout the year, Arc Greater Twin Cities has been setting aside donated clothes that would be ideal for Halloween costumes. Approximately 100,000 costumes will be sorted and assembled throughout the day. The costumes will then be sold at Arc’s Value Village Halloween Boo-tique at the stores in Brooklyn Center, Richfield, New Hope and St. Paul.
The United Way funded Arc Greater Twin Cities serves the many needs of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Established in 1946, Arc has been changing attitudes, changing policies and changing lives for more than 60 years.
