Webb, the 199th overall pick in the draft, was the Conference USA Offensive Player of the Year as a senior in 2009. He rushed for 1,427 yards, the 3rd-most rushing yards by a QB in NCAA football history. Webb became the 1st player in NCAA history to pass for 2,000 yards and rush for 1,000 yards in back-to-back seasons.
