The MVC team is so blessed to have such an amazing group of women on our game day staff that support us and help us to reach our full potential! They work incredibly hard and I would like to take some time to introduce each of them to you, and let them tell you a little bit about what they each do as a staff member.
Sheri Anderson
Years on Staff: 20 Years
Role as MVC staff member: “The first year I was a corner person (the rest of the staff were cheerleaders' Moms & Sisters). The next year the coach gave me the title of "Gameday Assistant" which is my role today. I make sure the field is set up for the MVC (flags, signs, water, etc.), and that the game day staff know their duties for each game & have the tools they need to accomplish it. I assist with auditions, Jr. Cheer, & other programs as directed by Tami. One thing the MVC tell me they remember about me is that during open auditions, I announce the numbers of the ladies who move on to the next round.”
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? I am most looking forward to the excitement of this season with 
Kim Dorn
Years on Staff and years on MVC: MVC 1998-2003, Assistant 2004-2006, Staff 2007-Present
Role as MVC staff member: Game day staffer, I "specialize" in upper-deck staffing. I also love organizing, money counting, semi-finals set-up, and junior cheer set up are jobs that I really enjoy doing!
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? “I love seeing the MVC blossom as the year goes on. I love to support my favorite team, the Vikes, and I love the relationships I have with the other staff members. We are truly friends that love and support one another. Coming to games or other Vikings events is like getting to have a fun night out with my girlfriends. I look forward to those relationships growing, and of course seeing the Vikes and the MVC make it to the Superbowl would be AMAZING!!”
Heather Pilakowski
Years on Staff and years on MVC: MVC 1998,1999, 2001, 2002, and 2003; Assistant Coach in 2004 and 2005; Gameday Staff from 2006-present and A*Team coach from 2007-present.
Role as MVC staff member: “As a MVC staff member, I help throughout the season beginning with assisting with, and preparing for the Workshop, Open Auditions, Training Camp, and Finals. Once the team is selected, I meet with the staff monthly to give feedback on how we can continue to improve over last year, as well as help with Jr. Cheer, Power Team trials, and counting calendar money. Finally, when the season begins, I help out on gameday by assisting with costumes, giving constructive criticism, making sure the MVCs always have water and any necessary props on field, communicating with the coaches and sound booth, and of course, helping to keep them motivated throughout the game!”
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? “This year promises to be a monumental year--it's the 50th anniversary of the Vikings franchise, Brett Favre's 20th (and probably final) season, and hopefully the first year of a Vikings Superbowl WIN!! Whatever the season holds, I know that with this fabulous group of staff and MVCs, we will have a blast, deepen our friendships, and remember it forever. Go Vikes!”
Amy Mrozek
Years on Staff: 9th season as a MVC staff member
Role as MVC staff member: “I help out on game days and this year will be primarily selling calendars with Tiffany!!! We will rotate as we have in the past, and I will be helping with upper deck, and in the corner for a couple games. I also help to coordinate all of the program help (volunteers) for juniors, seniors, and any other special events that require "extra" help on game day.”
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? “I think the question should be what am I NOT looking forward to this season! I am so excited for another amazing season from the Vikings AND getting to know this year's MVC. Every year is a new team dynamic...and always so inspiring! I love how Tami, Theresa, Bri and the MVC continually evolve and improve each season :). I also love how as staff, we seem to have become so much more streamlined and efficient in our roles at auditions, practice, and game day...and every year keeps getting better! The best part of being on game day staff truly is that I get to "work" with my closest friends :). I am so blessed!”
Tiffany Roisum-Zeller
Years on Staff and years on MVC: “I have been on staff for 11 years now. I was on the team for the 98/99 and 99/00 team. I was very blessed to represent the MVC at the 2001 Pro Bowl.”
Role as MVC staff member: “My role on staff has varied a bit from season to season, but this year I will be venturing throughout the stands to promote and sell the MVC Swimsuit calendar benefiting the Viking's Children's fund.”
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? “This season I am most looking forward to getting to be with my best friends, while cheering on my favorite team in the purple and gold during their 50th anniversary, hopefully all wrapping up with a trip to Dallas!!!!”
Emily DeWees
Years on Staff: “This will be my 8th year on staff, I was assistant coach my first year.”
Role as MVC staff member: “As a staff member I also have the privilege of doing choreography for game day routines. Other duties are game day sales, corner person, help with junior cheer program, and the MVC tryout process.”
What are you most looking forward to this year as a staff member? “I am most looking forward to going to the Super Bowl!! This year IS our year!! I also enjoy watching the team dance and grow as young women in life, and as dancers, and my friendships with the women on staff and on the team. It is overall a wonderful experience in my life!!”
Melissa Glancy
