KFAN FM 100.3 is the flagship station to the Vikings Radio Network and home of Vikings game broadcasts. Tune in for all the game action with Paul Allen, Pete Bercich and Greg Coleman.
Allen is entering his 10th season in 2011 as the Vikings radio play-by-play voice and is also a KFAN-FM radio mid-day personality. Joining Allen as the color commentator is Bercich, a former Vikings LB and coach.
Allen served as the Vikings Internet web cast play-by-play voice during the 2000 season and called one Vikings game during the 2001 season.
Bercich returns for his 5th season with the broadcasts in 2011 and brings a decade of NFL experience from the field and sideline. A 7th-round draft pick by the Vikings in 1994, Bercich overcame the odds and played for the team from 1995-2000. A standout special teamer, Bercich parlayed his knowledge of the game into a job coaching with the team from 2002-05.
Joining Allen and Bercich from the sidelines and co-hosting the pre-game show will be Coleman, a former Vikings punter. Coleman punted for the Vikings from 1978-87 and is the team’s all-time leader in punts (721), punting yards (29,391) and ranks 4th in career average (40.8 yards per punt).
In addition to live Vikings games, KFAN is also home to weekly Vikings programming all week long. The Vikings and KFAN are proud to present four new Vikings themed weekly programs in addition to return of the popular Thursday night lineup – LIVE at Winter Park and The Jared Allen Show.
