MVC ALL STARS TEAM MISSION STATEMENT
To provide a well-developed dance program for youth that will not only advance the skill level of dancers, but will encourage community involvement, teamwork, dedication, strong work ethic, respect and positive self-esteem.
The Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders All Stars are a competitive youth dance program made up of 4 elite teams divided by grades K-12. The MVC All Stars are overseen by the Minnesota Vikings Director of Vikings Women and Cheerleading: Tami Krause and coached under the direction of MVC Alumni: Kristin Olson, Rhea Moen, Jessica Naber, Jeanne Hermes and Ashley Trudeau. The MVC All Stars compete at two local competitions, volunteer at several charity events and perform with the MVC at their Annual Showcase at the Mall of America.
This is one of the first competitive Junior All Star squads in the NFL! One of our biggest goals is to challenge the young All Star members to become better dancers and performers, by providing them with unique dance opportunities, while also promoting life skills.
Continuing their success, the Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders All Star teams have won many National Championships and other prestigious awards since their first year in 2007. These teams continue to grow and excel each season.
Auditions for the MVC All Stars take place in the fall. Please visit this website during the summer for detailed information on auditions.

The Training Program is a team of high potential candidates for the future MVC. The team is made up of MVC hopefuls who were hand selected by MVC Coaches and Staff as standout participants during the audition process. Coached by former MVC Captains, Beth Hoffman and Jenna Conlin, the team practices once a week, focusing on dance, cheer, technique, strength, stamina, confidence, performance and so much more!! In addition to practice, the Training Program participates in charitable appearances, performs at different MVC events and works out with Lifetime Fitness throughout the training year. With over a decade of success, the MVC Training Program is proud to have been the first program of it's kind within the NFL and has set the standard for other teams success.
The Training Program was established in 2006.
