Quote: “She has fire in her soul and grace in her heart.”

Place I’ve traveled and why: One of my favorite places to travel to is Florida. I have been there over twelve times! When I was younger, I was in All-star competitive cheerleading and we competed at ESPN World Wide of Sports Nationals/Internationals.

Charity and why: MS Society- every year I participate in the MS 5k Mud Run. It's a great way to get down and dirty all for a good cause. My grandma recently passed away from MS (multiple sclerosis). I am grateful for an opportunity to be able to be a part of this event to honor my grandma.

My dream job: When I was younger, I wrote down my three dream jobs that still apply to this day. They were to be an NFL cheerleader, a supermodel and a news anchor.

On the top of my bucket list is: One thing on the top of my bucket list is to compete on the Miss USA stage as Miss Minnesota USA. I love competing in pageants and this is one of my biggest goals.

My hero: I have two heroes in my life, Jesus Christ and the person I will be in ten years.

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: There are many influential woman in my life that I look to; one that I can always look up to is my grandma, Vicki.

How do you define empowered? Empowered to me means believing in yourself with all of the endless opportunities in the world and making everyone feel like a somebody.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I see myself starting my career as a news anchor and competing in the Miss USA pageant.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the oldest of two and have a younger brother.

What was your favorite subject in school? I always looked forward going to my art classes, especially painting.

Do you have any pets? Yes, I have one yellow lab named Sage and we will be getting another yellow lab soon.

What is your favorite workout tip? Instead of putting my focus on the number of reps I can get, I focus on my technique and form.

My best beauty secret is: I must wash my face every night along with moisturizing it twice a day; the HydraFacial’s at Expression MD are a skin saver as well.

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? Since I was little, I always looked up to the MVC. I did all-star cheerleading for thirteen years, aged out, and was ready to take on my next challenge- trying out for the MVC.

What are you most looking forward to your Rookie Year? As a rookie, I am looking forward to being a role model as an MVC for others and creating amazing friendships and bonds with my teammates.
