Place I’ve traveled and why: Traveling to Japan on behalf of the Vikings was a very memorable experience. The hospitality received and friends I made are irreplaceable. I also was lucky enough to meet MVC Nao in Japan before she came over to try out for the Vikings and later to become my teammate! A very special memory!

Charity and why: ASPCA- I am very passionate about animals, a dream of mine is to one day be able to volunteer at an animal shelter, so this is very close to my heart.

My dream job: My dream job would be to go on to be an NFL Cheerleading coach. I also would love to own an event space!

On the top of my bucket list is: Top of my bucket list would have to be going on a ride in a hot air balloon!

My hero: My heroes will always be my parents, they gave up so much to make sure I got what I needed growing up!

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: I would have to say my mother is a huge inspiration to me, she has always had the most open and giving heart. She is passionate about donating and helping people in need and is always looking for ways to better this world we live in.

How do you define empowered?  Empowerment to me is the process of getting stronger or more confident.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In 5 years, I see myself as a woman who has excelled in her life, but continues to grow in her career as well as personal life. Someone who has worked hard to get where she is, but isn't yet content with where she is at. I am always hungry for growth opportunities in all aspects of life and I don't see that changing with time. :)

Where are you in your family line up? I have one younger sister and one younger brother. I am the oldest, the big sister, and the matriarch of the siblings.

What was your favorite subject in school? In school I actually love science! Doing experiments and researching different theories was so interesting to me!

Do you have any pets? I have two fur babies Dotti, a Toy Fox Terrier and Wally, a barely 3 pound Yorkie! They have my whole heart!

What is your favorite workout tip? My favorite workout tip would be, slow controlled reps when doing weight lifting will give you the best results from of your workout!

My best beauty secret is: My best beauty secret would to be hydration makes your skin look younger, softer and keeps the wrinkles away! Expressions MD has a hydro facial that is to die for! It cleans out the pores and hydrates the skin all in one sitting, you come out feeling so fresh!

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? Looking up to the women that were representing the team before I tried out had a huge impact on why I wanted to try out to become an MVC. Seeing how strong, successful, smart, interesting, friendly and all around great role models these women were really made me want to become one of them!

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? My favorite memory would have to be from back in the Metrodome days. My dad got 1st row tickets to the final game in the dome. I was able to look over to him multiple times throughout the game and just seeing him so happy, proud, and excited to be there front row made my heart so happy! After the game I went over and we took a picture together. This is a memory I will cherish forever!

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: I think the most valuable lesson I have learned from my years as an MVC is that I am never done growing, there is always some way to improve on yourself and being on the team is a way to have fun while doing it!
