Quote: “Be fearless in the pursuit of what sets your soul on fire”

Place I’ve traveled and why: The Hawaiian Islands - Hawaii, Oahu & Kauai. The culture, people, adventures and overall peace that comes over you while being there is truly magical.

Charity and why: Beagle Freedom Project. I’m very passionate about living a cruelty free lifestyle. This organization promotes that, and is working toward the release of more animals from laboratories; putting an end to animal testing altogether. “About 70,000 dogs are used in research experiments every year, and of that number, approximately 96% of them are beagles.” I hope to be a rescue mom to one someday.

My dream job: I feel very blessed to be working my two dream jobs, with an amazing local company and the MVC.

On the top of my bucket list is: I want to see as much as the world as possible and never stop exploring. First stop is Thailand!

My hero: My parents. I could never thank them enough for their endless love, support and guidance. They have taught my sister and me that with hard work, commitment and faith, we can do anything in life.

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: My mom, Terra, is the most influential and inspiring woman in my life. She is selfless, strong, smart and giving. I hope to be just like her.

How do you define empowered? Empowered, to me, is the feeling of confidence and strength. It’s loving others unconditionally, loving yourself and being proud of the person that God made you. Do this, and you’re unstoppable.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In 5 years, I see myself continuing to travel and starting a family. I also hope to have a small farm by then filled with fresh vegetables and of course, an alpaca, goats, chickens and dogs.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the oldest of two and have one younger sister, Hailey. Although she is my baby sister, I’ve always looked up to her and admire the woman she has become.

What was your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject in school was always art. I took as many classes as allowed! I loved the creative outlet and freedom.

Do you have any pets? My family has two dogs, Coco (Yorkie mix) and Daisy (Beagle). We love them so much!

What is your favorite workout tip? I would say for women, don’t be afraid to lift weights. You will not only be strong physically, but mentally. There is something so empowering about that feeling.

My best beauty secret is: My best beauty secret would be to stay hydrated. Skin is the largest organ of the human body and without water, will not function at its best.

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? I remember my first Vikings game in the Metrodome when I was in fourth grade, we were seated on the field, and I couldn’t take my eyes off the cheerleaders. I told my parents that that would be me someday. As soon as I was old enough I auditioned and was fortunate to make the team my first try. I have loved every minute living out my dream.

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? My favorite memory will forever be running out of the tunnel on game day. The Immigrant song playing loudly, running through the smoke, the crowd roaring - chills every time!

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: To enjoy, embrace and soak in every single moment.

Trips taken as an MVC: 2011 Military Tour - Ellsworth Air Force Base, South Dakota

Awards received as an MVC: Game Day Awards - The Whole Package, Glamour of the Game
