Place I’ve traveled and why: My favorite place I have traveled to was Djibouti, Africa. I got the opportunity to go there on behalf of the Minnesota Vikings, and I will never forget how kind the people were. We also had the opportunity to go snorkeling in the Red Sea- an experience I will never forget!

Charity and why: Over the past 7 years, I have gotten really close to the Minnesota Vikings Foundation. All the funds donated support pediatric cancer research through the University of Minnesota and the Mayo Clinic. Over $10 million dollars have been donated, and making the cure for cancer one step closer to reality!

My dream job: I am currently working my dream job! Not only do I get to educate retail management around the globe about cosmetics, but I also get to represent Sigma Beauty on-air on the world’s largest home shopping network, QVC!

On the top of my bucket list is: On the top of my bucket list is to visit the small village in Foggia, Italy where my grandparents are from and learn more about my family and heritage!

My hero: My hero is my mom. She has always supported me through everything that I have been through, and I appreciate her so much!

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: Ellen DeGeneres is someone who I find extremely inspirational. She goes above and beyond what is expected of herself to help others, and spread words of positive thoughts and change.

How do you define empowered? I believe being empowered gives you the ability to make others feel stronger, and valued. It’s about feeling confident enough to make positive changes in the world.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In 5 years, I hope to continue having a successful career, and be married to my high school sweetheart of 7 years, Alex.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the oldest of three siblings!

What was your favorite subject in school? I always loved writing, so English was my favorite subject in school.

Do you have any pets? Unfortunately, I do not have any pets right now, but I hope to have a puppy within the next few years!

What is your favorite workout tip? My favorite workout tip is to listen to your body. Everyone’s body is different, so find a workout that works best for you.

My best beauty secret is: My best beauty secret is to get a spray tan, instead of bed tan. Bed tanning can cause problems with skin health, so I always get a fresh spray tan instead from Palm Beach Tan!

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? Ever since I was little, my dad would take me to Vikings games. While I love the game of football, I also enjoyed watching the cheerleaders. My parents pushed me to try out my first year, and I am so thrilled that they did. It has become such a huge part of my life.

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? My favorite memory as an MVC was getting to travel as a team to London. We were the home team during this International game, and got to dance at Wembley Stadium. It was such an incredible experience!

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: I have learned so many valuable lessons as an MVC, but one of my most valued lessons I have ever learned is to make the most of every moment. These past 7 years have flown by, and I have realized how important it is to take a step back and enjoy being in the moment.
