Quote: "And surely I am with you until the very end of the age." - Matthew28:20

Place I’ve traveled and why: My favorite vacation was a Caribbean cruise. It was 10 days in the sun and I was able to see four different islands through the duration of the trip!

Charity and why: The Salvation Army is my favorite charity. I believe the Salvation Army is the best charity out there because it not only provides the necessities to families and people of all ages but it also spreads the gospel of our Savior.

My dream job: My dream job would be to be a talk show host. I would love to come to work every day in an exciting atmosphere knowing that I get to surprise people with fruit baskets!

On the top of my bucket list is: Visiting Italy is on the top of my bucket list. I have been on numerous tropical vacation destinations so I would love to switch things up with the atmosphere and food of Italy!

My hero: My team captain of two years and friend, Karen. Karen is the most amazing person I have met in my life. Over our two years together she taught me so many lessons about MVC and life in general.

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: My mom. Hands down. She was a stay-at-home mom while my brother and I were growing up and always went and still does, go the extra mile in everything she does. She did everything she could to give my brother and I every opportunity possible. I want to be just like her.

How do you define empowered? To me, being empowered is being humbly confident. Being empowered is having a strong head on your shoulders and is knowing how to lift people up, rather than put them down.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I hope to be happy and healthy. I will be twenty-seven in five years so I hope that I am loving my job and have a dog, living in the St. Louis Park area.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the oldest sibling and I have a little brother who is twenty, so he is not so "little" anymore! We have always been close and I am grateful for that.

What was your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject in school was English, with an emphasis on writing. An essay I wrote in fifth grade even won an all-school award!

Do you have any pets? No pets yet. Key word: yet. I am hoping for a Cocker Spaniel in the future.

What is your favorite workout tip? Strength training is a huge part of my workout regimen. Slow, controlled reps is the safest, most beneficial way to go. Slow it down!

My best beauty secret is: Upon making the team my hair stylist, Gia, told me it was bad to wash your hair every day. Since then, I have invested in a great dry shampoo, my favorite being Fresh Hair by Kevin Murphy. You simply spray a little at the roots, tousle and go. Trust me, it will save you time and money!

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? I danced competitively at Center Stage growing up and after I graduated high school I went to Normandale. They did not have a strong dance program so I thought taking my passion to the NFL was the logical next step.

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? It's so hard to pick one favorite memory as an MVC because of the fun that comes along with every event, whether it be game day, an appearance or simply practice. If I had to choose one memory though it would be at the Green Bay game last year. We had just scored a touchdown and were about to run out to perform Skol in the end zone. Mind you, we are not the only performers when a touchdown happens, there are flag runners as well! I got caught up in all the excitement and ran between the flags, almost getting run over. After we got back to the sideline my entire small team couldn't stop laughing. They still remind me of it to this day!

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: The most valuable lesson I will take away from this amazing experience is that the MVC breeds unbelievable women. I have met my best friends through this team and I know many of them will be in my wedding someday.

Trips taken as an MVC: 2016 Touchdown in the Tropics, 2015 Hall of Fame Game - Canton, Ohio.

Awards received as an MVC: 2016 Most Improved Overall Performer, 2016 Best Energy, 2015-2016 Most Appearances, 2015 Most Calendar Sales, 2015 Shining Star, 2015 Most Improved Cheerleader
