Quote: “Be somebody who makes everybody feel like a somebody.”

Place I’ve traveled and why: My favorite place I've traveled is a tiny island off the coast of Puerto Rico called Culebra. It’s home to one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, Flamenco Beach. My friends and I ended up getting stuck on the island because the ferry back to Puerto Rico was out of service, so we had a dance party for hours with locals on the island. It was a blast!

Charity and why: My favorite charity is the Arthritis Foundation, and I am specifically passionate about raising money and awareness for Juvenile Arthritis. From meeting kids and hearing their stories of how difficult it is growing up with arthritis, it has inspired me to try to make a difference in their lives by supporting this wonderful organization.

My dream job: CEO of a Fortune 500 company.

On the top of my bucket list is: Visit Antarctica. If I can handle Minnesota, I can handle Antarctica!

My hero: My hero is my older sister, Kenzie, who cares so much for everyone around her and is selfless in all that she does. She taught me to always work hard and never give up until you’ve reached your goals. She also taught me how to dance when we were young and supported me so much throughout the MVC audition process, and I am hoping to one day share the field with her!

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: An influential woman in my life is my former MVC Training Program coach, Beth Hoffman. Beth is an alumna of the MVC and has been a coach of the Training Program for 12 years. She has given so much of her free time to helping MVC hopefuls chase their dreams of wearing the white boots. A large majority of today’s MVC is made up of TP alumnae, and I can speak for them all when I say how grateful we are that Beth played a major role in helping us become Minnesota Vikings Cheerleaders!

How do you define empowered? “Your light doesn’t dim by lighting someone else’s fire.” By understanding the ability you have to make a positive influence on someone’s life and make them feel powerful, you too will feel powerful.

Where do you see yourself in five years? First and foremost, I hope to have 5 Super Bowl rings in 5 years! :) All I can hope is that in 5 years I will be somewhere near a lake surrounded by my family and friends.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the youngest of two girls.

What was your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject in school was English because I love to read and write!

Do you have any pets? Unfortunately no...but when I do get a dog, I’ll get a yellow lab to run around Lake Calhoun with. :)

What is your favorite workout tip? My favorite workout tip is work out with a buddy. You will push each other harder and have way more fun doing it!

My best beauty secret is: I love doing red light therapy when I visit our amazing tanning sponsor, Palm Beach Tan. Red light therapy helps improve circulation in your skin and gives you a beautiful glow, and it’s not harmful to your skin like traditional bed tanning is. My favorite part of my day is when I get to visit the girls at the Eden Prairie location, as they always greet me with a big smile. :)

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? When I was in college, a professor challenged us to think of the craziest dream we never thought we could achieve. Immediately I thought of how I’d love to be a Minnesota Vikings Cheerleader, and he reminded us that nothing is out of reach, and oftentimes we are the only ones telling ourselves a dream is impossible. I made the team two years later!

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? My favorite memory as an MVC was attending the 2017 state dance team tournament with Eve. I won state twice with my high school dance team, so it was such an honor to be back at the Target Center representing the MVC. I had chills while watching my former team dance, remembering how it felt to perform on that floor and being so proud of their legacy!

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: The most valuable lesson I have learned as an MVC is to take in every moment and enjoy the highs and lows, as this experience goes by fast!

Awards received as an MVC: 2016 Best Energy, 2016 Team Commitment Award, 2016 Game Day Awards - Best Energy, Best Snap
