Book: The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey

Quote: “Be so happy when others see you, they become happy too.”

Place I’ve traveled and why: Hands down, Nashville, TN. One, it’s country music. Two, it is so lively and no matter where you go, you're going to hear some incredible talent!

Charity: The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

My dream job:My dream job would be dedicating my time to help fight hunger problems in the United States.

On the top of my bucket list is: I still haven't gone skydiving! That's definitely at the top of my current list.

My hero: My sister. She is my role model and always will be. She is hard working, driven, smart and one of the strongest woman I know.

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: My mom. My time was cut short with her but she instilled amazing values and attributes in me that I continue to live by every day.

How do you define empowered? I define empowered as knowing you are capable of great things no matter the situation you are in. It's harnessing all of your strengths to overpower your weaknesses. Knowing your value and the changes you can make as well as the people you can impact.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I would love to see my 2 puppies living happy, healthy lives as well as my shoes being in one piece because teething will be over. I see myself married to my boyfriend of 7 years. Weekdays I will have a career in food sales and weekends, we will be flipping homes together.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the youngest of two girls, I grew up admiring an incredible role model.

What was your favorite subject in school? My favorite subject was Microbiology. It was incredibly hard but incredibly interesting.

Do you have any pets? I have two dogs! Charlie, a Lhasa Apso who is bowlegged and under-bitten and, Cash, who is a Brittany Spaniel.

What is your favorite workout tip? Find what works for you and your body then stick with it- consistency is key.

My best beauty secret is: Being a Nutrition Major and working closely with Lifetime Fitness, one of the most important things I've learned is that beauty truly does come from the inside out! A healthy diet and hydration go a long way!

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? My best friend growing up was on the team and after seeing her journey and all of the fun she had on the team, I wanted to experience it myself.

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? My favorite memory as an MVC would definitely be the inaugural season Home Opener against the Green Bay Packers at U.S. Bank Stadium. While standing on the field as we were about to run out for pregame, I had a moment to take everything in. The fans, noise, my team and the incredible stadium atmosphere are something I will never forget.

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: Make the most of each moment. I have learned to appreciate every moment and opportunity I have been given while being on this team. It's too much of an incredible experience to take anything for granted!
