Quote: “It’s not the destination, but the journey.”

Place I’ve traveled and why: New York City! My dad is from Brooklyn, NY – hence the name – so visiting New York and where my family comes from was cool to see.

Charity and why: Ronald McDonald House – They are always giving love and support to those in need of extended stays in the hospital and help make the best of a situation.

My dream job: My absolute dream job would be whatever Al Roker’s job title is… Meteorologist? Anchor? Reporter? Fun haver? All of the above?? Sign me up!!

On the top of my bucket list is: It is so hard to choose! Overall, I love adventure, would love to go skydiving, or ride in a hot air balloon.

My hero: My grandma, Joanie. I will always remember her courageous fight through her cancer journey. She was a survivor for five years, when initially given six months.

Name an inspiring/influential woman in your life: My mom. Hands down. To this day, she seems to know absolutely everything.  She always has the best answers to my questions and advice on any topic. I don’t know what I would do without her!

How do you define empowered? To have the internal strength and confidence to accomplish anything.

Where do you see yourself in five years? In five years, I simply hope to be happy and surrounded by the best of friends and family. I hope to be starting my own family, while finding success and happiness in my career.

Where are you in your family line up? I am the second oldest of five! One older brother and three younger!! Yes, I am the only girl!

What was your favorite subject in school? I have always loved art!! From painting to ceramics, from elementary school through college, I love being artsy and creative!

Do you have any pets? My family does! My mom has four cats (crazy cat lady… (-; love you momma) and a dog (German Shepard/lab mix that is deemed my youngest brother’s), and my dad has a golden retriever!

What is your favorite workout tip? Always properly refuel your body! Protein after workouts and being hydrated is so important! The best piece of advice I’ve been given: Treat your body like a Ferrari, you wouldn’t put cheap gas in it, so fuel it right!

My best beauty secret is: Always have a smile on your face! (:

Why did you decide to audition to become an MVC? At the core of it all, I wanted to continue dancing. I’ve been a Vikings fan my entire life and it was the “next step”, so I said “why not?” I quickly realized that a love for dance is only a fraction of why I continued to audition. The friendships made, life lessons learned, and love for the Vikings has made this experience so much more than just dancing.

What is your favorite memory as an MVC? When we went to Canton, Ohio for the Hall of Fame game my rookie season! It was such a fun experience full of so many “firsts!”

Most valued lesson learned as an MVC: How to organize your life! We have a jam-packed schedule full of practices and appearances, along with our full-time endeavors, so knowing how to stay organized and on top of our to-do lists has been the best thing I have learned!
