Place that I’ve traveled: Punta, Cana in the Dominican Republic- I lived in the Dominican Republic during college, and returned there for my honeymoon two years ago.

My first job: Babysitting, I loved working with children so much, that I pursued a career as an Elementary School Teacher!

Three Words to Describe Me: Loving, Hardworking, Passionate

My biggest fear: I have a serious phobia of needles. I have no idea why, but the thought of getting a shot makes my heart race and I start to panic.

Hobbies: Fishing, boating and exploring Minnesota. I also love building furniture for my home!

Dream job: I feel extremely blessed because my dream jobs are to be a teacher and a professional dancer. I am so lucky that I am able to do both.

What is your best beauty secret? Invest in a good set of makeup brushes, and to clean them often. It’s amazing how much of a difference professional brushes can improve your makeup application!

Fan would be surprised to know: I used to be a competitive sailor! I grew up racing sailboats on Lake Minnetonka and would travel around the Midwest for regattas.

On the top of my bucket list is: To have a family! Children are the most incredible blessing, and I would be honored to be a mother someday.

My greatest achievement: Graduating from college and marrying someone that genuinely loves me for who I am.

My hero: My older sister Heather has always been one of my role models. Not only is she an amazing mother and wife but we share many of the same passions and goals. Heather was on the MVC for two years (2003 and 2004 seasons) which ultimately led me to tryout for the MVC six years ago.
