Junk food weakness: I have too many junk food weaknesses to count! But my top two would have to be, an Oreo Blizzard with rainbow sprinkles and Cheez-Itz.

I spend my free time: I spend my free time with friends and family, lately I have been traveling to Chicago to see my new niece quite a bit.  When I am not doing that I like to be outdoors, running, boating or relaxing by the pool.

I’ve always wanted to: I have always wanted to take cooking classes or go to culinary school so that I could wow people with delicious masterpieces at my dinner parties.  However, I have noticed that using Pinterest recipes is a much less expensive way to achieve this.

What would be one place you would love to travel?  I have traveled through Europe pretty extensively; however I did not make it to Greece, and would love to make it there someday and cruise from island to island.

What is your best beauty secret? My beauty secret is to use a great moisturizer and eye cream and to get as much sleep as you can.

What’s your favorite restaurant in Mpls? My favorite restaurant in Minneapolis is Pizzeria Lola.  They have really unique pizzas, and their cauliflower and brussel spout appetizers are to die for!

Celebrity crush: I absolutely adore Ryan Reynolds, Mark Wahlberg and James Franco.

My hidden talents are: I can pick up pretty much anything with my toes.  Not sure where I developed this habit, but my sister can do it too so it must run in the family!

One thing I wish I was great at:  I wish I could sing well, I have always really respected and appreciated people who can carry a tune.

Dream job: I would love to be a nursing professor, and teach Anatomy and Physiology at a small liberal arts school.

Greatest achievement:  My greatest achievement was purchasing my new car.  It was a huge mile stone and it felt great to be able to make such a big investment on my own.  (I think my Dad is still surprised that his little girl is all grown up.)
