As Adrian Peterson continues a busy offseason workout schedule at Winter Park, he is also maintaining a busy schedule off the field due to his sensational rookie season.
Last week, 11 representatives from the U.S. Army All-American Bowl were on hand in the Winter Park field house to conduct a photo shoot with Peterson that will produce images that will be used to promote the 2009 game.
The U.S. Army All-American Bowl is an East versus West showdown that features the top 90 high school senior football players from across the country, and is considered by players, coaches and fans to be the premier high school football game in the nation. The game is played in the Alamodome, in San Antonio, Texas and has set a new attendance record every year, including a record 36,534 attendees for the 2008 U.S. Army All-American Bowl.
During the photo shoot, Peterson posed in various U.S. Army Football gear. The images will appear in advertisements of all mediums, including billboard, print and television, for the promotion of the 2009 game.
Peterson is an alumni of the game, and other current NFL stars such as Reggie Bush, Tommie Harris and Vince Young have played in the game.
