Sidney Rice and Aundrae Allison’s Southern Fried Chicken

Ingredients

2 lbs. of boneless / skinless chicken breast

1 tbsp. Lowry’s Seasoning Salt

2 cups of flour

½ tsp. of pepper

½ tsp. of salt

3 eggs

6 cups of oil

 
Directions

Season chicken with Lowery’s Seasoning Salt

Beat three eggs
Add salt / pepper to egg mixture

Dip chicken breasts in egg mixture, then coat them in flour

Repeat step for “extra crispy,” i.e. Sidney / Aundrae Style!

Heat oil in deep pot to boil

Once oil is boiling, lower one breast in at a time into oil

Fry each breast 10-12 minutes

Remove from oil once desired crispness is reached

Serve with Frank’s Hot Sauce and enjoy!
